C.O.P.E. Ministries was founded when author Sue Puff began with a ladies Bible study at her home church in 1993. It flourished into a ministry of encouragement for women of all ages. Sue has always written and taught her own studies and continues to do so because she feels she learns so much more when she has to research and study the Bible and its truths for herself.
The C.O.P.E. foundational Bible verses are listed below-

MY TESTIMONY
I didn't know it as a child, but I had many people praying for my salvation; especially my grandparents and one special aunt...my Aunt Helen.
Many times she had talked to me about the Lord and as many times she had invited me to come to Sunday school; I never accepted her invitation. I did eventually go to Sunday school and church but it wasn't at a place that they taught about salvation through Christ. It was many years later as a young wife of 19 years old that my aunt asked me to come to a Bible study. It was there that she opened the Bible and for the first time I was able not only to understand, but be willing to know what was written there for me. The next morning in the privacy of my own kitchen, I knelt on the floor and asked Jesus Christ to be my personal Savior.
What joy I experienced at that moment in time. I have never forgotten the nights as a child and teenager that I wondered as to whether there really was a God; right then and there He put those queries to rest. That early morning in 1964 the wondering turned to wonderment!
I never was fortunate enough to get a college education but my God has given me the privilege over the years to teach His word at every level; from nursery age to senior Saints. He has blessed me with opportunities to serve as Sunday school teacher, junior high school Bible teacher in a Christian school, workshops at women's retreats, Bible study leader, speaking engagements at various Christian women's functions and organizer and speaker at C.O.P.E. Women's conferences.
The last three years I have also had the opportunity to teach on line using the cope-ministries web site. God has been so good.
My immediate family consists of my husband Ron, a wonderful Christian who serves God faithfully; two sons, Ron and Eric who serve the Lord full time as pastors, their wives Tammy and Carrie and their seven children. God uses their love, support and prayers to keep me on track and energized for Him.
I treasure my relationship with my God and Savior. I yearn to draw closer and know Him more and I praise Him for giving me the chance to share that love with others.
I can share this with you - Because of His great love!
